I recently visited your store and was surprised to learn that providing a phone number is required to make a clothing purchase. This policy is not only inconvenient but also raises privacy concerns.

Many customers, including myself, may choose not to shop at your store if this requirement remains in place, especially when staff take too long to collect the information. I urge you to reconsider this policy to improve the shopping experience and retain your customer base.

After making a purchase, many customers look for the exit sign, but your current exit leads to a barrier, creating a fire hazard. This needs to be reevaluated and adjusted to ensure the flow of the store and the safety of all customers.

K&G Frederick Douglass Boulevard . I was outside the store waiting for it to be open. The doors say open at 10:00am myself and a couple of people been standing for 20 minutes. After the store was opened I entered the store and started shopping. When I was finished getting everything I wanted I asked for the change room to try the clothes on only to be told it has no one to supervise that section. After I spend almost an hour shopping. What a waste of customers time. All that money the store makes and can’t hire enough staff to operate it. People please shop where you feel appreciated don’t go to K&G Harlem.

I returned to the store to exchange merchandise from purchases I made the week before. The prior weeks shopping experience was not good. The store opened almost 30 minutes late. Staff did not show up for work and the manager was surly. Clothing was not organized on the rack and the atmosphere was drab. I loved K&G based on my experience as a customer at the Jamaica, Queens store, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, this store was not even close. I definitely won’t be returning. I rather pay more and have an enjoyable shopping experience.

I was utterly impressed with the Customer Service and actual Merchandise Quality @ K&G Fashion Superstore. I bought a beautiful blue suit from there to go to a funeral. Mr. Tyrone handled me and my family which such care that it was almost God-like and very refreshing in our time of need.

First time shopping there and I was totally taken aback that you have to provide your full name, address and telephone number to make a purchase. Might as well as for the SSN. Is that even legal especially for people paying with debit or credit card? They legit lost a sale because I refused to give more than a name and cell number.
That’s crazy and scary.
