I purchased a 2013 Silverado from this dealer couple months ago now experience was rough on my part terry was a big help very cool dude if you speak with him truck has been no biggie. People of are purchasing from any used dealer in NY look and inspect your vehicle before you buy it if a car is cheaper than its normal value you aught to know your not buying a brand new vehicle if you see rust and so forth on it understand your are buying said vehicle in which is rusted don’t blame the dealer unless you were given promises in which was not kept all the people I spoke to at this place were very friendly cool people since purchasing my truck I’ve had some stuff go on in which were things I knew were gonna pop up sooner than later. Would defneitly get a vehicle here again but again if your buying used use common sence and don’t expect a brand new vehicle.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS Don't go near these guys unless you want to pay for a piece of s..t. It took me 3½yrs to save up the money to buy my lemon. I'm a disabled grandmother and they saw me coming and took advantage of my need and desperation for the need for a vehicle. For the 1½ years that I've had it, I haven't been able to save any money towards another vehicle because I've had to continuously put more money into this s..t box.
Less than a week after I took possession, my son found out my radiator leaked badly. Fortunately my son has some knowledge about cars and he has some really good friends that are mechanics and helped w/most repairs. Another week later my muffler went and I brought it back for them to take care of it and they told me all it needed was a $80 coupler. They supposedly fixed it but I had to pay for the part. Three months after that while I was in PA the muffler fell off. That cost me $606 to be replaced. Before I left for PA my son changed the oil and he found an oil leak. Since I've owned this vehicle I've had to, repair or replace oil seals, muffler, starter, tires, breaks rotors and pads, O2 sensors, both front and back wipers and a tire sensor. AC has never worked. I purchased it in the winter, so over there 30 day warrenty. My son had to clean all the connections to the battery and the battery because I had electrical issues. The only FOB that I got has never worked. Only the drivers door has a keyhole and it freezes up constantly and I've started to carry de-icer in my purse. And last week my power steering stopped working. We put fluid in and it ran right out. But before I can fix that there's another leak w/the connection hose to the radiator. The new radiator that was last year's Mother's day present. A radiator instead of a Brunch. I'm sure that I'm forgetting something but I think you can understand. I went to a dealership because I thought it would be safer. They need to have there dealers license taken away.

Bought my car back in August. After the 30 day warranty is up I had an alternator die out. He got me a better quote than what I could have gotten anywhere else and also made it so I could have my car back the same day. Great experience and will definitely be going back with more business.

Update. Today is February 2. I bout the car in august of last year. Been hearing noises come from the front end for awhile now. Finally took it to mavis and was told that the lower control arm is messed up and has been messed up for yrs. Not months but yrs. The car should never have passed inspection and if I were to try right now I would be out over $1600 + to fix what he claimed they fixed. Was told it had new breaks and rotors all around but need new breaks on the front end and new bearings on the both passenger side tires.

My advice would be to take the car you are looking at and take it to a mechanic that you trust and have them look it over first.

I’m just going to say at this point that I wished I checked their profile before we paid for the vehicle. At this point we are into 8 months from a vehicle being in the shop longer than out with a horrible warranty company!!!! ( according to the garage they sent us to). At this time the vehicle has been at the shop for over 2 months ?‍♂️

If you want a lemon, definitely buy from this place. If I could give no stars I would. Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them for $13k and it didn't even last 7 months. Sidesteps were JB welded on and they covered up the already existing rust with an undercoat. Frame's rusted and bolts have to be drilled/sawed off. These people need to be shut down. Letting all of Fort Drum know to stay as far away from this place as possible.

I bought a 2013 ram for my son that is in the navy. I was told that new brakes and tires would be put on prior to picking up the truck. This was not true. They put on 2011 tires(older than the year of the truck) and messed up the tire pressure sensors. I brought it back to them to have it fixed and a week later I was told that everything was fixed. I drove it off the lot with same problems and took it to a private mechanic who informed me that the vehicle should have never passed inspection. This is bizarre because k&l had the car inspected prior to me picking it up. (Hmm how did that happen). I was quoted $2500 for the repairs. I will never buy another car from them again.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Sold me a lemon. The truck was almost completely covered in bondo. Now after having it for over a year every thing is literally falling apart.

Tail gate fell off as it was being held on by two self tap screws about 1/2 inch long. Very glad I wasn't on the high way when that happened as it could have killed someone. The frame looked like it had undercoating but it was just a thin coat of bondo/paint that is now falling off, chip by chip exposing the rusted out body underneath.

The hot air/a/c stopped working correctly a week after I bought it.

The cabin leaks water inside.

We have almost $7000 left in paying off this lemon and I honestly don't believe it will last two ears before it won't pass inspection.
