This practice scams you and your insurance. I went into this practice for urgent care and Irene did a pap smear without my consent. This practice charges your insurance every time you have a phone conversation with the doctor. Also, some of the credentials are in question - none of the so called publications are linked on the website.

One additional note, I received a prescription without any context and called the office for more information. They of course charged me again. Its crazy! Do NOT go here.

I had a great experience with the Broadway office Drs. (the male dr.) and the PA Olga Levin, my only complaint is with the billing department. I was charged $100 for a well woman preventive care visit where my deductible is waived and my copay is only $40 with my insurance. The billing department has been extremely unhelpful so far, but I’m determined to get a refund for this. I also should’ve called beforehand to ask how much certain procedures cost at this practice bc it’s very expensive compared to any other practice I’ve been to. They also charge you for a phone call to go over your test results which is absurd - I opted to register for the portal & review my results myself. The expenses aside, I think this practice is phenomenal, clean, timely & thorough. I highly recommend the male dr. I was supposed to see Dr. Kakossian, but glad I got him instead.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Khoury for 3 years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I’ve received. I’ve had a previous experience 6 years ago with this clinic. I used to go to the one on 40th street. They did testing that was really unnecessary and was charged a lot. I’ve had few appointments that the staff was not there at all and was told later that they were closed even though my appointment was scheduled that day. Was charged just to get my records and what made me stop going to them was when I was in the office with the doctor and she didn’t confirm who I was and was telling me test results that wasn’t my own, finally she noticed that I wasn’t the person when she said the other patients name. Which got me upset. When I walked out the lady was sittin outside and I told her exactly what the doctor said to me of what she had and to find someone else. Going forward to present I had a feeling it was the same clinic but a new location. My appointment was at 12 and so was three other women who were there to see the PA. The admins and PA got there 10 minutes late and the PA bedside manner was pretty rude when I was describing to her what was going on. I would not recommend anyone to go here since their business should be shut down.

Horrible experience. I waited over an hour for my appointment. They hired only one assistant at the office. They also scheduled me for a follow up before my test results were in, and then I had to schedule a second follow up after waiting weeks for other tests to come in. You only get the answering service when you call and the doctor doesn't even respond to messages on the patient portal. Do not come here.

I am HIGHLY disappointed in what K & K OB-GYN & cosmetics has become. I used to love them after previous negative experiences with past OB-GYN providers but lately I am 100% dissatisfied with the level of care and service. First of all, every time I call I am greeted by attitude from receptionist or call center representatives. There have been two times where I felt my health was not taken seriously and the providers responses always seem to be vague and suggesting things I have previously mentioned I have had bad experiences with. I’ve had two instances already where the receptionist waits until I arrive to inform me of additional cost in order to be seen instead of letting me know prior. I can’t speak on behalf of every patients experience but in my case I feel as though my health is being neglected in the name of collecting their money and it’s absurd that “medical professionals” just aren’t so professional anymore.

I never write reviews but had to here. I've been to plenty of GYNs and always give grace to medical professionals for their dedication but this place is by far the absolute worst.

There are no signs for this place whatsoever, even inside the building lobby. Not a big deal, though the person from this office on the phone could not give any directions, saying she did not know how to get in because she wasn't at the office today. Strange but ok.

When I arrived, I was asked to pee in a cup and given a key to the hallway bathroom outside of the office. Not only were the bathroom stalls incredibly gross, but I had to walk around with a cup of pee in a lobby full of other patients because they did not have an appropriate box for it and did not tell me where to put it. Bizarre.

But you don't come to a GYN for the lobby or bathroom. These quirks would have been fine on their own had it not been for the staff.

The staff here are not attentive. They will give you no instruction whatsoever with what is happening. When my appointment time came, the staff did not come get me but instead yelled down a hallway from inside a room. How I was supposed to know where they were is beyond me.

The doctor was extremely cold, dismissive, and would not explain what she was doing before doing so. Why would you insert instruments and fingers into someone without telling them? And she was SO rough as if she was desperately fishing in a purse. Maybe they forget they are dealing with a half-naked person's body who is trusting them as a medical professional? Basic decency would include not sticking things into people without their express consent or knowledge.

As women, GYN appointments are uncomfortable enough as it is, and if you are looking for a place where you won't feel violated or where you'll feel cared for, this is not it.

In the end, they said they had no clue why my issue existed, gave me no further instruction nor reassurance, then charged me $100 for an ultrasound that I now need to appeal with my insurance since I have met my deductible already. The cherry on top on the way out is that they fail to tell you the card machine charges a $5 fee just to pay your bill.

I wish I could find a single good thing about this experience.
