Let's start with I don't EVER EVER write reviews for anything and probably won't after this but this time it was warranted I made an appointment OVER THE PHONE sometime in late Jan to see a doctor on Feb 12th of this year however I was never told about a Cancellation FEE or the Amount!! if unable to make the apppointment. After the phone call I assumed I would recieve some sorta confirmation from This Doctor's Office I got Nothing ever ! I have never visited this doctor's office before and didn't even have the address. No type of correspondent was ever sent to either my phone or email address until FEB 15th advising me FINALLY about the missed appointment and stated they will charge me $75 . This made me laugh especially if they think i' will pay for Nothing and the Funny Part is on the correspondent email i got on Feb 15th it says we send REMINDERS so you can avoid Cancellation or Reschedule

Had the pleasure today of starting with a new PCP today at this location with Dr. Amanda Lin. She is phenomenal!! Really welcoming & listened to ALL my concerned & gave me the appropriate referrals/recommendations/prescriptions.

I am so glad I came here as my quest for a new PCP has been long overdue since my previous PCP seems to have left NY.

Cornell, you have a real prize with Dr. Amanda Lin! I know many folks who are not pleased with their PCP & it’s refreshing to know I can say I found a great doctor!

Looking forward to more appts at this location. Might I add that the nurses are really kind, professional & the environment of the whole office is extremely clean, spacious & relaxing.

Absolute crooks and unethical. I had my annual health assessment, which is covered by my insurance. If you answer any questions about your health, they charge you for a separate visit. Apparently you have to specifically tell them in advance not to ask you any questions. The assessment itself was very basic. They couldn’t even answer simple questions about what services are covered. Absolute crooks!

My wife came here to have blood test. She called here first to get the appointment, but there was no reservation in the system. We
waited for an 30mins + to get blood test. This how they work. Workers are not friendly to people who have English as a second language.

A organizational and structural disaster.
After identifying this doctors office via the United Healthcare Plattform, I called them and tried to shedule a appointment for simple blood work. It took them several calls, sms, e-mails and roughly 2 hours to get this done. I shared my Insurance Data with them via the phone, via their plattform and via E-mail. All in All 2 hours of my time with the purpose to clarify if the costs are covered (Again they are in the network of United Healthcare and I shared my details via several ways as they requested). Getting finally the conformation for the appointment, I rework my work shedule to make this appointment happen. Arriving at the office I am getting asked to ensure that all costs are covered by me. After asking why we then had to go through this mess beforehand they said: "usually its covered". So at the end they wasted my time, made me reshedule my work meetings, did not check if I am covered or not and then finally also not informing me about this.
With this low level organizational capabilities I decided that this office is not trustworthy and I left without seeing the Doctor.

Updated office but very slow service. Good luck if you have forms that are time sensitive. Also, there’s no direct line to the office and there is no point in sending messages through mychart if they don’t get read.

This office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, little to no wait, and staff was organized. Doctor was very attentive and explained everyting in regards to current health questions, as well as long term plan for health care. Labs were done in office, and results were out in under 24 hours.

Very clean and new looking facility with pleasant and well designed waiting areas and extras like flavored water. I’ve started to make appointments here instead of at my regular downtown location for WC because they have so much more availability.
