Dr Bills is very knowledgeable Dr who told me things in medical terminology and then put it in layman's terms so I could understand exactly what was going on . He taught me a few things while I was there . Smart intelligent and kind beautiful bed side manner. Best orthopedic experience I've ever had . Ps the staff is also exceptional ....I'll be using mercer bucks and dr Bills as my orthopedic Specialist from now on

I'm okay with the office visit, with one exception: Dr. Bills ordered a blood test and a urine test. He failed to inform me that I had to fast for the blood test. And the urine test was a 24-hour urine collection. We laymen are not mind readers.

My teenage daughter is treated by Dr. Bills. He is exceptionally understanding and compassionate. He recommends all alternative options before jumping into surgery, which I love as a mom. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been with Dr Bill since he was on 416 Bellevue avenue. He's amazing doctor that I'm so glad to meet he understands my need when it comes to my medical condition. He addressed everything I go through even if he's not in that department he will make sure. He direct me to the correct doctors that I believe I can trust because of his acknowledgment of my condition I appreciate Dr Bill's for everything he do for me he found a solution for me that helps me. I've been with Mercy bucks over 30 plus years . Dr Bill deserve all their knowledgement we do for his patient he go over and above his call of duty of being a doctor. The comfort that he gave you to ensure you he's not going to lead you in a wrong direction just to have surgery or to make money off of you we need more doctors like that. I truly believe when he retired y'all will have a great loss because he's such a great physician as being an orthopedic doctor. He deserve acknowledgment from all patients that meets him. Dr Bill's treat you like family and not just a doctor so I know you care about your family you'll care about your patience as well.

The Dr. seemed like he knew what he was talking about, but terrible bedside manner. Walked in with no introduction. My son was in the middle of washing his hands and he wouldn’t even let him finish and said let me see your hands, then walked out. They said they don’t do Pediatrics (then why did you see my son to begin with) and sent us to Shriners and said they will do same day surgery. Well, that’s false information, they don’t and we have to go back another day. Also, the people trying to soft cast my son didn’t know what they were doing, took 4 people to do it while hurting my son the whole time and it was so messed up that Shriners said don’t put that back on. I work in the medical field and I could tell it wasn’t even a cast for the right hand. So they basically wasted our whole day and now delaying care for my son’s shattered pinky. I won’t be going back to this Lawrenceville location. I’ve been to the Hamilton location with my daughter, they were great.
