Concerns Regarding Service and Return Policy

I spent $500 in an application fees?

I wanted to express my disappointment with the service I received. While I understand my credit score isn't the best, I do have solid earnings. After ordering accessories for my Model 3, my credit application was denied almost immediately. I canceled the order for the extras—such as the charger, floor mats, roof rack, and more—within 24 hours, yet I'm now being told I cannot return them. They should’ve never been shipped. They hadn’t even left the facility.

I find it puzzling that I can't return over a thousand dollars' worth of items, especially after canceling so quickly. This situation feels quite strange to me. While I think they make a great car, their handling of returns and cancellations leaves much to be desired. It almost feels like a scam.

I was a little nervous going in to the Tesla store not quite knowing what to expect. In my first visit the store was completely empty so I got a very friendly and personalized tour of both the model s and model x which are both on display beautifully in the small show room.

I currently drive a very modest compact car and was dressed down so appreciated the salesman still living kind and respectful. I asked about a test drive and was surprised to hear "sure we'd love to take you out..." From their I scheduled the test drive of the model s. The day before my appointment I received an email and call from the manager to confirm.

I showed up and Chris the manager (and test driver) was awesome. I've never had such a thorough review of a car for a test drive and it was the best experience I've had at a dealership. If you're curious what the future of cars and the car buying process looks like check out this beautiful store.

I'm writing to specifically recognize Manny Castro of Tesla of Naples. My husband and I met Manny in November 2023 and he followed up in early January to check on our purchase plans. He reached me at a very difficult time in our lives, as our adult daughter had just lost her fiance in a climbing accident on December 30. Manny was extremely compassionate and offered to do anything possible to assist me in purchasing the vehicle, despite me being physically in Washington DC for the next several weeks. He "walked" me through the online purchase process and then contacted the Fort Myers location to explain our situation as we could not pick up the vehicle as quickly as normally required. After the delivery, which he helped facilitate with friends of ours, we contacted Manny with a few questions. He then met with my husband in person and talked with us both by phone. I truly am so grateful that we met with and had the opportunity to work with Manny. He is an absolute asset to the Tesla organization!

It is always a pleasure to stop by here to look at the cars and ask questions. They answered all of my questions and which helped me make my decision on which Tesla to go with. They are usually available so it is usually a calm slow paced interaction; especially on the weekdays.

Just want to give a glowing recommendation and review of Manny at Naples, Tesla. He was extremely helpful when we reached him by phone and invited us to come by for further assistance. Much happier with his customer service than the delivery center in Fort Myers. The customer service there was sparse to say the least.

I ordered a new 3 through Prince and can’t overstate how great the experience has been. We just left the showroom and the associate Ash was amazing. Besides the good vibes, he showed us all the toys in the car and as a result, it was the best car dealer experience I’ve had to date. I can’t wait for the new model x so I can deal with them again. Regards
