Need a lawyer Attorney Henderson is by far the absolute best! I contacted her office frantic, confused, and a bundle of nerves but by the time I finished my conversation with Ms. Amia Thompson I was at ease. Calming me down and getting the facts of my situation was her priority. The fees involved were not even discussed until she was sure I was 'okay'. When I was told about the costs involved I was thrilled because I was sure it would be much, much more. Professional, Accommodating, and Genuinely Concerned are just a few things I can say about the Law Offices of Jocelyn Henderson. They are the GOAT. I paid her a $3k retainer fee trying to go with someone that looked like me and would hopefully have my best interest at heart. Wrong very wrong. She was late for every appointment or had to reschedule. She was hours late for court appearances. Her assistant was great but Joselyn had no plan to help me and kept giving me the run around until my ex finally sold my home from underneath me without her even informing me. A complete waste of time, money, and resources. Save yourself the trouble stick to someone else she does not care about you just getting your money.

She was my lawyer during the beginning of Covid. When the offices opened back up she had my ex husband and me to resign paperwork three times. He kept leaving things out, which kept pushing back the court date. I finally got a court date this past January. Since then she claims to had filed my child support twice. Yet they still do not have an application for me on file. You can only talk to the secretary, who is the only professional.

Joseline is rude money hungry, and will do whatever to put people on the streets. She has judges, sheriff, and the whole county court clerks in her pocket. Don't use her.

Very unprofessional and she wasn’t easy to get in contact with at all. Although she had personal family issues going on, that should not determine her quality of professionalism.
