Since COVID, this doctors office has been treating patients as if they have the plague! And the crazy thing about it is they are the place sick people should be able to go for help! Today I was told I could not make an in person appointment for my husband because he may have Covid. My question is where the hell should he go if not to his doctor to find out? The answer was, go get tested and then they will prescribe him something. He can only do a tellahealth appointment. That is showing no care for your patients at all! And causing them to be out of more money. When you are sick and need medical care from your primary care physician, they are no help at all! But they gone call you faithfully every 3 months for that prescription appointment! It’s your own people not treating you right. They won’t have to worry about me or my husband anymore!

I have been a patient of Dr. Walker’s since 1999, and I wouldn’t think of seeing anyone else. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and, most importantly, he listens to his patients. He also makes you feel like family. His staff is courteous and professional. Service is always a 10, and I would highly recommend him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Walker over 30+ years. He’s an EXCELLENT Dr. & has the BEST STAFF around! Ms. Felecia, Ms. Linda, Ms. Loretta & Ms. Cynthia have been around for as long as I’ve been a patient there also. His new staff was very courteous as well. My interactions with them all has always been very pleasant. I always receive excellent service. I feel comfortable with him and his longtime staff. It feels like home. ?❤️

Awesome service during my appointment. Felicia is always so attentive and has such a calmness when dealing and talking with the patients.
Dr Walker was very attentive to the issues that I was having. I didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next person. I mattered!!!
The lab tech Mimi was spot on. Any time you can barely feel the needle stick is a win win for me!!! Great service.

This was my first time going there, and I checked in and was told to have a seat. They forgot me and several people came after my appointment time was seen and left. I was still sitting there. Finally, I had my son go to the desk and inquire about when would it be my term and was told they had forgotten me but I would be next. My doctor was very informative, caring, listen, and inquired about my situation. I already have confidence in her and her ability to care for me. The prescription
Was not sent due to computer problems. So I had another day of pain. They need to invest in a better computer system or company. All in all , I will be returning simply because of my Doctor/practitioner Ms. G

Dr.Walker is by far the best Doctor I have been to in Memphis. The services are Great! He got me in and out less than an hour. All of the Medical Assistant is great. Also their lab person MeMe is great you can barely feel her sticks.I love being their patient.
