Hoy sábado 18 de diciembre de 2021. Cómo todos los sábados. Entre a esta tienda cercana a mí casa. A la cual jamás volveré a entrar, debido al total y absoluto falta de respeto de los encargados. Entre y había un hombre de promotor que me ofreció probar un vodka que está promocionando. Le dije que gracias, pero que no quería. Al pasar por el pasillo en donde estaba su excibicion, me dijo que si estaba seguro de no querer probar. Le dije nuevamente que no. Y se disgusto diciéndome, que no tenía que disgustarme, me sorprendió mucho, ya que yo no estaba disgustado, pero parecía que él quería que yo le aceptará su prueba por qué a èl le da la gana. Le dije que yo no estaba disgustado, pero que yo no podía responderle a su gusto, si no se quiere trabajar pues no trabaje, no pasa nada. La foto fue la segunda cosa. Este producto como se ve en la foto costaba 16,99 y en la caja me cobraron 18,99, cuando vi el recibo le dije al cajero y trato de convencerme que yo estaba equivocado, incluso trato deliberadamente de engañarme, tratando una suma - resta con el tax. Obvio le expliqué que el precio se desglosan al final y no en el precio base imponible correcto lo que indicaba tel criterio que uso para tratar de engañarme, pero bueno, hay gente que se la da de muy viva cómo este cajero que trabaja allí los fines de semana, bueno le tocó devolverme el dinero, en lugar de ajustar su precio promocional. Lo cierto es que a ese lugar ya no vuelvo, a pasar la asquerosa atención que dan. Trabajan para espantar clientes. En fin, es un sitio que en customer experience, honestidad, probidad y respeto por sus cliente tiene -1000000 estrellas.

Helpful and friendly staff, the owner is about pretty frequently, I always think that helps an operation this size ruin smoothly. Not the cheapest place in town, but not the most expensive by far. Especially a good place if you just need to run in and out for a few things.

Workers are polite, but not very friendly. The store itself is small and very cramped. In fact, if someone is at the register paying it is difficult to walk into the store without brushing against the person at the register. They seem to have a wide variety of liquor at fair prices. I come here mostly to play Florida lottery games, and there lies my biggest issue with this establishment. For some unknown reason, they do not allow you to play lottery games on any holidays even though they are open for business, which to my knowledge is against Florida State lottery rules and regulations for vendors. In any case, it's an inconvenience for their customers who go there regularly for that reason. The cramped conditions and lottery issues are the main reason for only 3 stars.

Just went to this liquor store. My mom and I walked in and got a death stare by the man at the cash register prompting my mom to kindly say “hello” and he replied back very coldly. We walked not even 3 feet into the store and he stood up and started watching us. As two black women, it was clear we were being racially profiled and I told my mom that we needed to go. Absolutely will not spend any money in any establishment where I’m made to feel uncomfortable because the color of my skin.

Llegué a las 10 de la noche . Toque la puerta estaban adentro y apagaron la luz como para que me fuera .. maneje 15 min porque el horario decía 11 de la noche cerraban .. no pude comprar 3 botellas que necesitaba .. sean serios . Respeten el horario y respeten al cliente . Una Estrella es mucho .

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY KNOWINGLY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS!! I bought Tres Agaves tequila with organic margaritas mix co-pack and when I arrived home I noticed that the margarita mix was expired. I then brought back the expired product with recipe 1hr later and the cashier "Rafael" proceeded to tell me that they cannot exchange the product because all of the co-packs are expired. The cashier then refused to take the expired product off the shelf which is a blatant disregard for customer safety. She then proceeded to tell me that she cannot refund me because she does not have the "authority" to and that I will have to come back on Monday to speak to the manager. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. In addition, it honestly baffles me that they would knowingly sell expired products and refuse to refund the product when confronted. DO NOT GO THERE!!
