Bought my 2009 GMC Yukon Denali and the price was right. Low miles and the car looks great inside and out. Kareem and Savannah were helpful along with the financing. The car has so many features and it looks like a brand new car. There are so many photos that I can show you how great the car is. I drove down from San Leandro to look at the car and traded my 2005 GMC Yukon SLT. If I ever decide to purchase a car again they will be my first contact. Again thank you Kareem and Savannah for helping me find my car and I love it.

Purchased a 2018 Honda accord from them 3 months ago. So far I have had to replace carpet and seat foam because the previous owner lived in it…. The day I purchased the vehicle it had 5 trees on rear view mirror and a scent In every vent. No car would need that unless hiding something or smells. To be honest I just thought it was their bad taste in scents. Bad judgment on my behalf. Now the car doesn’t drive and has 14 check engine lights. 3 months and the car is trash now. Honda wants 8 grand to fix.

Here are pictures of what my upholster found and check engine lights. I get it it’s an as is car, this guy told me he would never sell a lemon. That it’s been checked out thoroughly. Sorry Honda said it’s been crashed and they will report it and upholsterer said if the interior was any other color but black it would have been un sellable because of stains and smell.

Maybe this was just a one off, but this has been the worst company I’ve every dealt with. Now I’m out 20k.

They were determined to get my old car and sold me a car that had 3 out of 4 bent rims. When I called them and notified them, they didn’t want to help or fix the problem at all. I asked to swap the tires from my old car because it was the same car and he stopped responding.

On July 15 2023 bought my 2009 GMC Yukon Denali and traded my 2005 GMC Yukon SLT. Kareem knew about my car I traded and gave me $1,000.00 trade in. Provided me with a 3 month power train warranty. The car had 164,339 and on September 30 2023 with 166,622 the engine seized and locked up. When I called Kareem and told him what had happened he said that the 6.2L V8 engine is good and should last a long time. I now have to purchase an engine which is going to cost me over $7,000.00 plus the purchase of buying the car for a total of $13,207.68. I previously had bought tires for the SLT for a total of $1,000.00 before buying the Denali. The SLT rims are 17 and the Denali rims are 20. I had mentioned before how I like the car and drove from San Leandro to Sacramento to see it and buy the car. At the time I bought the car Kareem did not mention to me where he had purchased the car. As of today when I talk to him he told me he had bought the car at an auction. If this was mentioned to me at the time of purchase I would have walk away. He told me that it was a good car and I test drove it. If I had to do this again I would have shop elsewhere. I was in need of a hood car for transportation and to go to work. I’m sure all of you feel the same about buying a car that is reliable for you and your family. I give him a 1 star but truthfully it should be a zero because it does not show on his ratings. PLEASE shop carefully next time and hope that the dealer is up front with you about the purchase of your next vehicle. I only hope that you don’t have the problem that I have to deal with because of his selling me a car that is going to break down on a matter of time.
