Excellent service 1 or 2 hiccups when I first started getting my medication delivered from here but been using around 6 months now and have been brilliant. Medication arrives on my given day and if I have any questions or problems I just ring them and it's sorted out for me. Would highly recommend. My GP changed me to this pharmacy after the chemist I was using didn't do weekly medication boxes which is what I needed. The person who brings my medicine is polite and puts it were I want. Great pharmacy. Thank you.

I cannot express how appalling this service is. Several times let down with medication and once again left short over the Easter holiday. Not talking about headache pills. This is literally life preserving medicines. Insulin and the like. The lack of care and responsibility is astounding. Complaints are met with stupidity. Keep clear of this pharmacy at all costs. I have had to give this post a star to post the review. Obviously it gets none.

Awful service from one particular employee, have complained numerous times over the years and gave them the benefit of the doubt but will be leaving this pharmacy for good now. Never send out prescriptions on time, then act like it is my fault. Attitude is just vile and will be happy to see the back of this place absolutely useless

Disgusting customer service. Tried to get some lateral flows as my father in law has had a fall in his home. Two ladies totally ignored me and walked away. One even pretended she couldn't hear me. Plus they were notevrn run off there feet. Nobody has to experience customer service like this. NHS 119 were great!!!!!

So lovely .. especially the young apprentices...trained well and very sympathetic...being young myself they should have more younger staff as some people find it difficult to discuss there personal problems with older pharmacists (no offence ) .Overall...friendly , and warm, didn't want me to leave until I was comfortable and satisfied . Thank you x
