Gggrrrr..... Long time Circle K customer. I creep in there with a pancaked tire. In the dark and raining of course.

So I pull up to the shiny air machine. Read instructions and slide my debit card for the fee.

IT DOESN'T WORK!

I go inside.

Me to clerk: Is your air machine broken?

Clerk: yes

Me: will you refund my money?

Clerk: no, call the phone number on the machine.

Me: why no sign on it that it's broken?

Clerk: {dumb look}

Naturally no phone number on machine that I could find... In the dark .... In the rain.

So. Now we have this dear location here screwing customer after customer outta all the $2 charges on a broken machine! Where's that money going? Guess!

Don't you agree you should put a sign on it to stop customers from sliding their cards or putting quarters in the machine? Shame on you.

Guess who's never going to Circle K again? Any of them.

Guess who's gonna tell all her friends this story? And then warn them?

if i could give this place a 0 i would. i will never come to this location again. i went there + paid at the pump. the pump refused to give me my receipt. the receipt barely even works at this runned down location. i went inside to ask for a receipt + the older black woman asked me to wait in the back of the line because i couldn’t skip her paying customers because they were buying something + i wasn’t. as if i didn’t just BUY gas. hence the need for the receipt. it takes one second to print a receipt. she was being so nasty that she ended up giving a woman more gas than she paid for trying to move on with customers instead of just printing my receipt. she was so rude so i just said forget the receipt + i will not return. i will tell everybody i know to not return as well. i can’t support places that are just rude to people just because.

Ever since I moved to this location I've been going to the store often I try to be as polite as I can because I have worked as a cashier and a manager for 4 years I went in there with a smile when I went up to the cashier I asked him to give me the rest of 15 in gas because I had also grabbed a squirt now I gave him $20 and told him that I needed the $5 back but again I just needed the rest of 15 in gas I needed my $5 for lunch tomorrow but I didn't need to explain that to him!!!! and he started to give me an attitude and try to get me to pay $15 in gas and charge me with the other $5 for the squrit but that's not what I was trying to do because I need the $5 I tried to explain it to him several times and he just gave me attitude I was so done with his attitude that I just asked him for the money back the whole time I kept a smile until I got in my truck I'm already going through stuff and I just let my tears out because it was just so frustrating to try to go in there and pay for my gas and for him to just give me attitude because he wanted me to put $15 in total and maybe he just didn't know how to do it and that's fine he could have just told me that or whatever other reason that he couldn't do it but he just kept giving me attitude and not trying to give me an explanation or try to hear me out

Been going to this store for many years. I like it but sometimes only one cashier,and the line gets pretty long. Lots people walk out. I have a lot of times when a hurry. Thay need two cashier's at all times.

I've been coming here for the past 15 years never had a problem with anyone until now lady named Ms Stephenie is very rude with everyone worst employe ever if I walk in and see her there I just leave perfer to go to 711 or wait until she not there to avoid a conflict she's the only person I've had to cuss out she's that rude but other than that the rest of the staff is ok especially Ms Michelle very nice lady

Tried to use a coupon for fuel they told me "oh we don't do those" then I told them I've used this coupon at this location multiple times then they told me "well it didn't go through", I've gotten hundreds of dollars of fuel with this coupon & they wouldn't even try to use it & plus it was the female manager with a bad attitude all the time
