Rude owner who waved at me to get out of the shop. It has the charm of a convenience store and mostly sells cookies and jams, plus a few freezer items. Welcoming customers or at least avoiding insulting gestures should be the basic for a shop owner.

A small but cute shop full of British goodies. You can find everything from haggis in a can, Cadbury chocolates, to flags and tea pots. My family has been shopping from this store for decades and it was a pleasure to visit it again in person after so many years.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was able to find so many things I’ve been looking for. The woman I spoke with at the register was so sweet. Immediately asked “how have you been keeping?” Can’t get that in Boston. It felt warm and inviting just chatting with her. It was rather busy so we didn’t want to hold her line up. I wish her much continued success! Can’t wait to make this a frequent stop while we run errands.

Small shop but it's got a good selection of candies, snacks, frozen meats and pies, and souvenir/fun stuff. There's Irish stuff as well, and while I was there they even had Tayto from Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unity is a very nice lady and helpful, not sure about the negative experiences people have had. She also worked with Led Zeppelin's record label back in the 70s which is very cool. Great little shop.

After reading one poor review in regards to the owner of this establishment… I decided to see for myself. Brit visiting Plymouth. Decent selection of goodies (chocolate, biscuits etc) and some British tourist bits and pieces. Purchased some lovely Fortnum and Mason tea. The owner was a charming lady from the UK as well. Had a nice chat followed with the usual complaints about the weather! She was charming. Ignore the review about her.

I love this shop so much! I regularly pop in when I'm in Plymouth. Recently, the pandemic has prevented me from visiting. But then I saw online ordering was an option! I ordered my goodies and received them quickly and in excellent condition. The owner is such a delight. Chatting with her was the only thing I missed with the online ordering experience. But I so appreciate the care she took to package my items. I got crisps and 4 cans of beans. None of the crisp bags were smashed. That's impressive. I will definitely be ordering online again!
