I had a terrible experience at K-Town Korean Food in the H Mart food court today. I ordered the Squid Stone Pot Bibimbap, and it was completely tasteless. When I asked the server (a woman) for some Korean chili sauce to add flavor, even though there was clearly a row of sauce containers behind her, she rudely told me they didn’t have any sauce. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, and it felt like she wasn’t even trying to understand what I was saying. The food was bland and absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—don’t waste your time or money here!

캔음료수를 사고 얼음컵 달라고 하니 얼음컵은 사야 한다고 하네요.. 빨대도 없어서 안주고 젓가락은 음식 한개당 하나만 주네요..너무 불친절 해서 밥 먹기전 맘 상하고 안가고 싶네요 .. 스시는 밥이 너무 차갑고 간이 안맞고.. 라면이 싱거워요.. 콩나물 라면 시켰는데 조리 방법이 잘못 됐는지 콩무물 잘못 조리하면 나는 냄새, 계란 비린내도 나요.. 라면이 맛없기 참 힘든 음식인데 여러가지로 대단한 곳이예요

My dining experience at K-Town Korean Foods in the food court was a disaster. I ordered the Bibimbap, expecting a vibrant mix of flavors, but what I received was a bland meal. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude, lacking any sense of customer service. When I politely asked for an extra spoon, she snapped at me, complaining that they only give out one utensil. It was clear that she had no regard for the customers, and she spent more time on her phone.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t end there. I experienced stomach upset and even ended up vomiting. This was not only disappointing but also concerning. I cannot recommend K-Town Korean Foods. The food was terrible, the service was disrespectful, and my health was negatively impacted. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Don’t get the hate - rating it for what it’s worth - mall food in a market. I just wish it had a bigger social media presence so I can Yelp it! Salty - sure. Get the solangtang - salt it to your taste. 8/10 at a sit down restaurant = 11/10 at a fast-food food-court. Snobby reviewers out here in Irvine…

Gave us the wrong order multiple times. Both soups we got tasted like water and the noodles tasted like they came straight from instant Ramen, but worse. The sign says dine in or dine out, but they don't even offer takeout on anything! ?‍♀️ Do not ever come here!!

The food here is delicious! I told the lady at the desk about my dietary restrictions and she recommended safe options for me. The portions were actually bigger than we expected and again the food was DE-LICIOUS. We'll be back again!

Below par service, this place serves below average food and the quality is bleh. Not sure what kind of taste they were going for.

We ordered Galbi Tang and it was not so good. Will not recommend and return to this place.

Be aware of this terrible, terrible place to eat. They serve too much salty food and disgusting-taste food with very small amount of food with no ban-chan (side dishes) for to-go/takeout. I ordered a vegetable mix bibimbap in hotspot - Togo. The cashier was horrible person to talk to, and she said "we don't give out any side dishes, period". I was not sure why she said that but I already paid $16.57, so just didn't responded. Then, the food came out to go, but the amount was so small and I thought this should a kid meal! This is not a joke. Literally the amount was so so small for adult and even worse was the quality of the food was even much terrible. The service, amount of food, and the quality of the food , all were terrible itself. I would rate 0 if I could have.
