This was my first visit, and I had Liz. She was very pleasant in the beginning but became very aggressive using to much pressure. I asked her to be easier and that she had made a small cut on my toe. She wasn't happy about my comment and proceeded to discuss how large my feet were. This is horrible customer service. On a good note, her foot massages were amazing, and prices were good. I won't return.

Liz gave the best massage/pedicure I have ever had. Soo relaxing..

However, I got a manicure from Kathy, it was kind of painful and I bleed in 3 different spots around my cuticles. Never experienced that before

What an awesome little gem! Liz was amazing and her foot massage was the best I have ever had! Her mom took over and painted my toes and they look beautiful. Both were so kind and I can't wait to come back for my next pedicure!

I walked in for a pedicure without an appointment and was seated immediately. The young girl who did my nails was amazing. She was so kind and sweet! I really enjoyed my massage as I feel like it was longer than normal it was great! Lol I really liked that this smaller place is just the mother and daughter, I like the thought of supporting smaller businesses. I don't get my nails done often but I will definitely be coming to them anytime I do!

I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment for a pedicure this afternoon and they were very accommodating! The ladies did a great job!! The price was worth every penny and I will definitely go back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience K & L Nail Salon.

Ms. Kathie is super sweet! Ive been twice and love this nail salon. She is very detail oriented and listens to what you want. What I love about this shop is they dont ask you for things you dont want when getting a pedicure. She truly cares about her customers and remembered my name after only meeting me once. To me that is special! This time we did my pedi and my big toes seemed to be a bit irritated from my shoes and my nails growing out. After my pedi she put neosporin on them. I will be coming here from here on in! ?

*UPDATE 3/27/2022 this woman is amazing!! Took me today (usually only does appointments on Sundays) and did the Easter nails for me. Love this place!!

Decided to pamper myself last minute and called. Have seen place for awhile, great location and always meant to go. Got my nails done as I am heading out of town for weekend. Gorgeous job. Very pleasant. Bought 2 gift certificates for pedicures as gifts while there . Time for a pedi with my daughter again@ will be going back!

i loved it here! had a concert in a couple days and they were able to get me booked in time. i wasnt sure what design i wanted other then the basic colors so i said just freehand it and they did an amazing job at matching the theme i was going for. staff was lovely. will definitely be going back here again in the future ?.
