I can't say enough good things about K&K Auto Sales and especially Ms. Leah! From the moment we stepped on the lot, she was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to find us the best financing terms. And get this - after we drove off the lot, we had a small mechanical issue. Ms. Leah didn't hesitate to arrange for the vehicle to be serviced and had us back on the road in no time. My mom and I went in on 11/14/24 Looking for.
Me a new vehicle. At first we thought we found the right place. Leah Told me that she could sell me the car I was interested in for $7,800 with $2,000 down $500 pickup fee $220 a month. We test drove a Jeep patriot. I expressed to her that I liked the car but it was shaking really bad and had a bad smell they Immediately took it into the shop. Said she Would call me The next day when they fix the vehicle. When she message me the next day All of a sudden the price had went up to $7900 with $3000 down $266 a month. I expressed to her That's not what you said yesterday. She Said that they Had to replace A motor mount She wasn't gonna charge me for it. Became very demanding she started talking about she did all this work to try and get me in this car At this new higher price and that it was all my fault That if my credit Would have been better, but just the day before my credit was Just fine not an issue. Told me she wasn't making any money Off of the sale to me Began blaming me and telling me that She had somebody else That was interested in the car that I was looking at but The car was at the shop being fixed.So how she had somebody else Interested in it when it wasn't even On the lot, so that was a lie.Then she said she wasn't going to Charge me to replace the motormount. Which Turned out to be another lie because I called o'reilly's myself to find out how Much a motor mount for that particular vehicle would be It was just under a hundred dollars which is almost exactly what All of a sudden , the bill went up. They are Very shady people so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
