No wonder why there’s a ‘no returns or exchanges’ policy. I didn’t hear the total until I had already purchased and looked at my receipt. The merchandise is so so overpriced, literally double of the original price. And employees stare you down wherever you walk in the store. I tried thanking the cashier but she was too busy chatting and laughing with her co-workers. So so rude, I’m genuinely never coming back here, I’d rather pay $15 shipping than to ever support this business again.

I can't speak for the lightsticks because I've never bought them (you're better off getting them online anyways), but I'm surprised this place is getting accused of fake photocards because everything I got seems legit. Odds are that pcs aren’t going to 100% match the sample pics on websites and stuff depending on where and when they were made. Even my photocards directly from albums look a little different from other examples. Fake albums aren't a thing. Imo it feels like inexperienced buyers just getting spooked

Fake photocards. Be careful. I bought a few and keep in mind they’re pretty pricey for what they are. They lie about everything being “authentic” too. Unfortunate because the employees seem so convincing as well. Guess that explains why they don’t let you return their fake stuff.

This store isn't my usual stop and shop but is always interesting when I visit. I buy all my gifts for family here, and they always have a variety of items such as posters, albums, merchandise, figures, etc.
Always a plus is staff is always helpful and friendly.

When i came to this store, i saw they were selling the version 3 BTS Lightstick for $110(double the price. I bought mine at their concert for $55). I asked why it was so much and they said the first shipment they ordered were fake so when they got the real ones, they had to sell them for more to make their money back. No joke, thats what the worker told me. Like, how am i gonna spend $110 and trust the fact that im not being sold one if the fake ones.

The service was horrid. One of the cashiers was very rude. She said she had been there for a lil over 2 years but didn’t seem to know much about the products she was selling 0/10 do not recommend

Worker responded with disgust when asked a simple question about a product. Items r triple the price and for what

I bought multiple cards and wasn’t even offered a sleeve
